Rachel enjoys the range of nutrition, weight and growth concerns of general paediatric practice, including fussy and problem eating and dietetic support for various medical or developmental conditions.

She has been working with Karina Savage for many years, and shares her passion for sensitive, supportive motivation for young people and their families together with a commitment to solidly evidenced based care and advice. Also, like Karina, her practical experience as a mother has enabled her to quickly grasp the family life opportunities and challenges of translating the science of nutrition into enjoyable family meal experiences.
