Empowering Women and Girls with Autism

We're celebrating everyone with Autism Spectrum Disorder today, as well as their parents, teachers, carers and everyone else who supports and cares for them. This year's theme, however, has a special focus on empowering women and girls with autism. Females with autism can manifest vastly different signs, and face different problems and challenges, to boys and men, and this can sometimes make diagnosis much more difficult.
